How To Stop Worrying And Go To Sleep At Night

Need enough sleep.

Tension, anxiety and fear can be major contributors to sleep problems (and lack of sleep). It is very common to refuse people and sleep all night or sleep very few hours or not sleep at all. This may be due to the continued focus on thinking (at the highest speed) on problems rather than closures at night and comfort.

When I was in my twenties, a Wall Street stock market trader, I ran into the same problem. I got a job that required me to work at a very high level, consistently, throughout the day. From 7 am to 7 pm I could not sleep at night because my mind was still racing, reviewing the day’s work (and problems) and planning for the next day’s work (and problems). The lack of sleep began to interfere with my ability to work in a high-level job. If this continues, I will not be able to do my job effectively and I will be tired soon and be out of service. I had to get more sleep.

When I realized that my mind was keeping me awake until 1 am to 2 am, I decided that I should do something about it. what did you do? How did you solve the problem?   The deal was that when it was time to go to sleep, I took all my problems, fears and fears out of my mind and put them in a table beside my bed. I have promised my mind that all my troubles, fears and fears will continue to exist all night in the morning when I wake up and will pick all my troubles off the table, and prepare them to my mind, and my mind can start spinning, racing and worrying all over again. After a few nights of trying this work began. I have fooled my mind. I have trained my mind. Now, when it was time to go to sleep, I was able to dispense with my feelings, fears and fears aside, and sleep.  It was decades ago, and ever since, when I went into bed, I had lost my problems. And you do not have trouble sleeping at night.

In addition, I learned something else; a lot of the things that I was worried about at night had disappeared or diminished when I went to take them away from the table the next morning.

When it’s time to sleep, the day ends. Put your fears When the day ends and it’s time to sleep, there’s nothing you can do right now about your current problems, fears and fears. Put it in a table, or, if you prefer, place an empty box next to your bed to put your problems at night. Do not worry, all your problems, fears and fears will still be in the morning. or not. At the same time, you can go to sleep.

If you wish, you can even write down your fears on a piece of paper and put it into the box. In the morning, you can pick them up again. or not.

As for the box, any blank box will do. Which color. This may be useful if the box has a lid and you can leave it open to easily put your fears, problems, and fears. No, it does not have to be a big box. Unless you have a lot of concerns.
